Agent Academy appoints Yasmin Lord-Pottinger as new Head of Academy

Agent Academy has appointed MyTutor.co.uk’s former People Operations Lead, Yasmin Lord-Pottinger, as their Head of Agent Academy.

She will replace Zoe Wallace, who has transitioned into the role of Partnerships Director for both Agent Academy and their sister enterprise, Agent.

Agent Academy, with locations in Manchester and Liverpool, has been working tirelessly since 2014 to elevate the skills of the next generation of digital, creative, and tech professionals, preparing them for employment in emerging careers. With a remarkable track record of success, over 95% of their graduates have secured coveted positions in the creative and digital industries, generating an impressive combined annual salary of over £17 million.

Yasmin’s background includes more than 8 years of experience in HR, where she has honed her skills in working with high-growth tech startups to develop innovative people functions and teams. Throughout her career, she has remained focused on supporting career advancement and personal growth, while also creating inclusive and supportive work environments that foster collaboration and success.

Lord-Pottinger, who will be based in Agent Academy’s Manchester office on Oxford Road, said: “Agent Academy is an incredible business to be a part of right now, their creative and collaborative approach to tackling some of the most complex skills and talent challenges facing educators and employers is impressive.
