A word from our Founding Director…
Hello!
This is Paul, founder, and director of Agent Academy CIC.
First of all, thank you so much for taking the time to look at this really exciting opportunity to work with us.
Like any big decision in life, it’s important to have all the information at hand so you can be sure that the career choice you make next is the right one. I’ve put together some essential ‘must-knows’ about us and this role. If you have any questions, please do give us a call, email, DM or drop by and speak to us about anything you’d like to know.
We established Agent Academy CIC almost 10 years ago and we have achieved incredible things during this time. We’re proud that during this time we’ve trained, nurtured and supported thousands of young people to go and achieve brilliant things. A job well done!
We work hard to fulfil our vision of being the place for future talent, making sure the next
generation have the skills, connections and experience they need to start amazing careers with employers, right here in the North West. A small but mighty team, we are proud to deliver transformative programmes that achieve a lasting impact for our learners, their future employers, and the places we call home.
Our unique approach to upskilling future talent for the creative, digital and tech industry is multi-award winning, as are several of our impressive alumni network. Many of our alumni, who gained their first break because of Agent Academy, are now at the top of their games. We have alumni working as creative directors, client leads, heads of marketing and many more incredible roles – we are proud of them all. Our talent can be found working for brands across the North West and around the world, notably we have alumni working at senior level at brands such as Spotify, Vodafone, Ayden, to name but a few.
We deliver our various programmes across the North West; mainly at our studios in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle and Manchester’s Oxford Road. We run successful programmes in partnership with leading businesses, universities, and public sector organisations. Our training is deeply rooted in the places we operate and having a strong eco-system is fundamental to ensuring success for our learners and our partners.
We are incredibly proud of where we have been, what we have achieved, and the future has never looked brighter for us.
This new role is fundamental in helping shape and deliver our five-year growth plan. Working in collaboration with our new head of partnerships, you will be leading with the design and delivery of our existing programmes, Rise, Fuse and Lift. You will lead and collaborate with our team and new and existing industry partners to create the next generation of programmes to make sure that we’re continuously and constantly reflecting the needs, not just of our talent, but that of our business community.
This is a fast-paced role and no two days are ever the same. In this role, you’ll be responsible for the design, management, and quality assurance, of our programmes and for achieving high impact learner outcomes. You’ll lead our passionate facilitators and coordinators and execute the smooth operational delivery of our programmes. You’ll be on hand to set the training standard, coaching and mentoring our team members and inspiring our learners, too.
We want Agent Academy to continue to be a place where everyone is welcomed, celebrated, and rewarded regardless of race, identity, postcode, accent, or anything else for that matter; a safe learning environment and workplace where everyone does well. The person we bring into this role needs to really care about doing a great job and making a positive difference. If this isn’t you, it’s probably best turning back now.
We have big plans for the future of Agent Academy; they really are exciting. To achieve our dreams, we must have the right people with us. If you’re up for it, so are we.
We know that a job description never truly tells the full story of what’s involved in a role. So, if you’re interested you can certainly speak (in confidence and with no duty to then apply) to one of our team.
I hope to hear from you soon, and if you do apply, all the luck!
Paul
