How did Agent Academy help shape your personal and professional growth? 

“Agent Academy helped me to embrace working collaboratively after a long period of isolation during the COVID-19 lockdown. The programme provided a supportive environment where I gained confidence in my abilities and honed essential networking skills. This newfound confidence has been instrumental in kickstarting my career, allowing me to vouch for myself in various professional settings.” 

What skills or knowledge did you gain during the programme that have been beneficial for your career? 

“While I didn’t initially pursue a marketing career, the Rise programme equipped me with a diverse skillset that has proven to be incredibly valuable. I learned how to build effective strategies and manage complex projects, knowledge that has been a huge asset to my current position as Operations and Sustainability Executive at OPEN Media.” 

How did your experience influence your career choices and progress? 

“Through the programme, I had the opportunity to connect with my employer, OPEN Media. Thanks to my diverse digital skillset gained through Agent Academy, I have been able to excel in my operations position, and I am proud to say that I am almost two years into my career with them.” 

What would you say to aspiring learners considering joining Agent Academy? 

“Do it! It’s free, it’s flexible and gets you into rooms you’d never have been able to alone. I recommend it to all my friends who are at a professional crossroads.”
