It's hard to upskill when you're already working, which is why Lift offers flexibility to make it easier and more convenient for you to get the additional skills you need. We'll show you how your past experience can be transferred to the digital, creative and tech industry. With our help, you'll gain new knowledge and skills to prepare you for a different industry.
Lift offers blended learning, with some sessions in-person and some online. This means you can learn in a way that suits your current commitments. You'll learn about the basics of marketing and content creation, as well as gaining a new understanding of all the opportunities that exist in the digital, creative and tech industries.
Alongside our fast-paced, practical curriculum you'll learn from experts and leaders who’ll share their insights, bringing the industry to life. Every session will be underpinned with a live challenge, which you'll be supported to deliver - meaning Lift will give you practical expertise as you progress through the programme.
You’ll get tailored support and coaching from your programme leader, helping you to set achievable goals for your next steps - this could be developing into a new role with your existing employer or finding a new job where you'll put your new skills into practice.

What’s the criteria for joining Lift?
You’ll need to dedicate at least one day each week to Lift. You must live in either Liverpool City Region or Greater Manchester and be currently employed but looking to upskill to progress in your career.
Do I need qualifications to join Lift?
No qualifications are required to join our Lift programmes. All we ask is that you have a clear commitment to breaking into the creative, digital and tech industry or are looking to upskill within your current role.
How much does it cost?
All our programmes are completely FREE for those who attend.
What type of experience do I need to join?
When it comes to opportunities, we believe in a level playing field and so we do not look at previous experience when recruiting for our programmes. In replacement of experience, you will need an eagerness for jump-starting your career.
Do I get a qualification for completing the programme?
Rather than gaining a formal qualification, we believe that being able to gain real-life skills and the opportunity to build your network within industry is invaluable in giving you a headstart at landing your dream job.
What do you look for in candidates?
Put simply, we look for applicants with a great work ethic, who present a passion for the creative, digital and tech industries and are willing to reach outside of their comfort zone.
What are my chances of landing a job?
So far, we have a 90% success rate in landing people jobs within 6 months of graduating from our programmes. Ultimately, Agent Academy is a product of what you put in. Therefore, the more enthusiasm, hard work and effort you put in, the more likely you are to land a job at a quicker rate.
