Working on a real-client challenge and alongside industry leaders, you'll gain the confidence, skills and experience you need to land your first industry job.
Overview.
You'll get to learn about a range of topics, from strategic marketing principles and creative campaigns to the basics of web and analytics. Fast-paced, practical curriculum sessions delivered alongside expert masterclasses will enable you to quickly progress through the industry.
At the start of the programme, you'll meet your client and be introduced to the brief. You'll have opportunities to pitch your ideas and present your findings throughout the programme. Your confidence will grow as you work together with your team and programme leader to deliver an exceptional piece of work.
We’ll coach you to develop your skills and ability with a focus on your dream job. Through 1:1 sessions, you’ll be prepared for job applications and interviews. We’ll continue to work closely with you until you reach your career goals.

Through Rise you’ll progress quickly into a digital, creative or tech career. The job roles that Rise might lead to are endless; some examples of the types of jobs people have secured as a result of Rise are, digital marketing executive, junior copy writer, content creator, junior designer, assistant project manager, strategy assistant, to name a few.

What’s the criteria to join Rise?
For the Rise programme, you need to be 18 - 30 years old, out of education and living in the North West region.
Do I need qualifications to join Rise?
No qualifications are required to join our Rise programmes. All we ask is that you have a clear commitment to breaking into the creative, digital and tech industry and that you are willing to push yourself outside of your comfort zone.
How much does it cost?
All our programmes are completely FREE for those who attend.
What type of experience do I need to join?
When it comes to opportunities, we believe in a level playing field and so we do not look at previous experience when recruiting for our programmes. In replacement of experience, you will need an eagerness for jump-starting your career.
Do I get a qualification for completing the programme?
Rather than gaining a formal qualification, we believe that being able to work on a live, real-life client brief and build your network within industry is invaluable in giving you a headstart at landing your dream job.
What do you look for in candidates?
Put simply, we look for applicants with a great work ethic who present a passion for the creative, digital and tech industries and are willing to reach outside of their comfort zone. Team mentality is also hugely important for us. As you will be working in a group, we expect that you are able to work well with other people.
What are my chances of landing a job?
So far, we have a 90% success rate in landing people jobs within 6 months of graduating from our programme. Ultimately, Agent Academy is a product of what you put in. Therefore, the more enthusiasm, hard work and effort you put in, the more likely you are to land a job at a quicker rate.
