We use the data provided to keep in touch with our applicants, if they wish, to keep them updated on exclusive upcoming job or apprenticeship opportunities and events. We never share your data with third parties without your permission.

Where we store our data –

We store our data on our secure database along with all our successful applicants, unsuccessful applicants, clients and business partners. We also use HubSpot to store our data which is also secure and only accessible to the team working with you at Agent Academy.

How long we store our data for –

Data is stored for 1 year to keep regular communication – for successful participants who complete the programme we store their data indefinitely and we communicate with them until we and they agree that they no longer need our support for progress. There is always the opportunity to opt out if you don’t want us to store your data.
