Thanks for having a look at our ‘join us’ page. This means you’re either looking for a new job or checking us out for the future – either way, thanks for thinking of us.
Like any big decision in life, it’s important to have all the information at hand so you can be sure the career choice you make is the right one. I’ve put together some essential ‘must-knows’ about us and our current available roles. It goes without saying that I could go on all day here – I promise I won’t. However, if you have any questions, please do give us a call, email, DM or drop by and speak with one of our team members about anything you’d like to know.
We established Agent Academy back in 2014. It feels like only yesterday, and what a ride it’s been! We turned eight this year and the future has never looked brighter for us. We are based in the North West and our team is working across our studios in Liverpool’s Baltic Triangle and Manchester’s Oxford Road.
We want to be known as the place for future talent, and we work hard to fulfil this vision, making sure the next generation have the skills, connections and experience they need to start amazing careers with employers, right here in the North West. A small but mighty team, we are proud to deliver transformative programmes that achieve a lasting impact for our learners, their future employers, and the places we call home. We want to work with team members who really care about doing a great job and making a positive difference. If this isn’t you, it’s probably best turning back now.
We take a creative and collaborative approach to tackling some of the most complex skills and talent challenges facing educators and employers. This includes working with universities to develop innovative approaches to connecting students with high-value future careers and working with large businesses to identify alternative approaches to attracting and nurturing their future talent. Needless to say, no two days are the same at Agent Academy.
Equality, diversity, and inclusion is at the core of everything that we do. We’re not perfect but we know that if we keep listening, learning, and trying we’ll only get better and make more of a difference. We want Agent Academy to be a place where everyone is welcomed, celebrated, and rewarded regardless of race, identity, postcode, accent, or anything else for that matter; a safe learning environment and workplace where everyone does well.
We have big plans for the future of Agent Academy; they really are exciting. To achieve our dreams, we must have the right people with us. If you’re up for it, so are we.
